Test results
Please call the surgery after 1pm for any results. As long as the results are straight forward, our receptionists are able to give these over the telephone. Sometimes, the results have some clinical information to be given, and in these circumstances the GPs will ask that you come to see them, or to arrange a telephone call. Please do not panic as this is usually routine and our receptionists are not clinically trained to give out such detailed results.
Urine Samples
Patients over 18 and under 65 should go to the pharmacy provided they don’t have symptoms of recurrent infection, they are not pregnant, male or have blood in the urine.
If a person presents with their urine there will be a form to complete to be handed in with it with details of the symptoms/ reason.
We will not be accepting Urine samples without the form attached.
