If you require a prescription ONLY please email us at cmicb-wi.wwgp-prescribing@nhs.net, use your NHS app or post a paper request. 

If you require a nurses appointment, please contact the surgery to arrange this.

NHS APP 

We are encouraging all of our patients to download the NHS App. The NHS App has a lot of features such as booking/cancelling appointments, viewing blood results, ordering repeat prescriptions and many more. Please visit NHS App and your NHS account – NHS (www.nhs.uk) for more information.

Gentle reminder  

Unfortunately we have seen a dramatic rise in the abuse of our team. We must politely emphasis that in line with NHS policy, the Practice operates a ZERO TOLERANCE policy with regards to the abuse of any team member. There is no excuse. Patients may ultimately be removed from the Practice if there is any form of abuse towards any team member.
