IMPORTANT NOTICE The Living Well Service Prescription Telephone Line New Hours Patchs Telephone Assistant Staff Training
All appointment requests are triaged by a GP who selects the most clinically appropriate appointment, with the most suitable healthcare professional.
We understand that some appointments require more urgent attention than others, which is why we’ve categorised them into three categories: urgent (same day), within 1 week, or routine (within 4 weeks). This will help us to manage our appointments more efficiently and effectively, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely and appropriate manner.
To help improve patient flow and to ensure that we can provide timely care, we’re asking our patients to fill in our online consultation service, PATCHS. This service is designed to help us understand your needs better and provide you with the most appropriate care possible. The more information you provide during the triage process, the better we can navigate your care and make sure you are seen most appropriately.
PATCHS is available for requests Monday – Friday. Please be advised that you need to register for an account before you can submit a request. A step-by-step guide on how to register can be found at the reception desk if you need assistance.
*Please note that we are unable to action any requests if you are out of the country*
To register, please follow this link: PATCHS
