Reception Team

The practice has a reception team who you will often see at the front desk or you will hear on the other side of the phone.

Our receptionists book appointments via telephone and PATCHS as well as completing any tasks from the clinical team. Our phone lines are available from 8am – 6pm for any patient queries.

We also have a secretarial team who deal with all things referrals, medicals and insurance. Our secretarial team are available every day from 2pm on option 4 for any queries relating the above.

Prescription Team

The practice has a prescription team who deals with your requests before they are sent to the GP. The team make sure that your medication, blood tests and medication reviews are all up to date on behalf of the GP.  If not, they will contact you to let you know what is needed.

Any medication queries should come through to the prescription team first before booking an appointment with the GP. If it is something the prescription team cannot help you with they will pass it on to a GP on your behalf or, if necessary, book you an appointment.
