West Wirral Group Practice welcome temporary patients for a maximum of 3 months.

How to register with a GP surgery – NHS (www.nhs.uk)

Temporary residents are required to complete a GMS3 forms that can be collected from reception and will only be registered if treatment is required.

Temporary resignations will take 24 hours to complete, after this time patient can complete a patchs online from for triage by the GP.
