Prescription Telephone Line New Hours

Our prescriptions team are now available to speak to between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for any medication queries.
We appreciate any patient feedback and are always looking to improve where we can to ensure our patients have the best possible service.
Important information re prescriptions:
We can not take routine repeat prescription requests over the phone. (This is a policy that is in place in most practices nationwide and is in place as a safety precaution to prevent errors). You can put your prescription requests in writing using the repeat slips or our request forms found in the practice reception area.

However the easiest way to place your prescription requests is using the NHS app. Not only can you place requests, you can also check the status of your prescription completely eliminating the need to have to call the practice for this information.

If you do not use the NHS app and are unable to check the status of your prescription online we encourage you to contact the pharmacy in the first instance to see if your medication is ready.
Prescription requests take upto 48 working hours to process. Please ensure you allow enough time for your prescription to reach the pharmacy.
