Choose Your Clinician And Appointment Time (Coming Soon!)

As part of the increased options that the Blinx PACO platforms brings, we are hoping to launch self booking links for routine GP appointments on the 2nd February 2026. Patients will be sent a message containing a link to choose their own appointment, including the doctor they would like to see, the date and time. These will all be subject to availability and whilst we cannot guarantee that all GPs or appointments will be available as options for every appointment, we hope the flexibility and control provided to patients will be useful.

Assuming the launch of this feature goes well, we will be extending the types of appointments bookable in this way to nurse appointment and more urgent GP appointments. Same day appointments are unlikely to be offered in this manner given their urgency.
